A5: We provide various free technical training, including operation and maintenance training of LED screens at our factory. We can dispatch an engineer team to the customer’s country to guide the installation.
Q6: How long is the warranty period?
A6: The standard warranty period is 1 year. The warranty period can be extended if required.
Q7: Do you provide free spare parts for each order?
A7: Yes, a certain number of spare parts will be provided for free, including modules, power cords, signal lines, LED lights, ICs, masks, power supplies, receiving cards, etc.
