Refund Policy

1. Basic Refund Policy Elements

• 30 - Day Refund Window: Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange, unless there is a quality issue.

2. About Refund Operations

• To get a refund, you need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive and check the returned item (usually within a couple of business days), we will process the refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to show in your account depends on your bank, usually taking a few business days.

• If the item has a quality problem and is reported after 30 days, contact our customer service. We will assess the issue and decide on a proper solution, which may include service or exchange.

• We have purchased sufficient insurance for the transportation process. Upon receiving the goods, please check whether the packaging is intact and if the  goods are damaged. In case of damage, we will also arrange for a refund of your payment through the insurance company.
