I. Sample Order
We support sample orders for LED displays. Whether it’s an LED module or a whole screen, you can place an order to test and inspect the quality.
II. Lead Time
For an LED display of 100 square meters, the regular lead time is 15 working days to complete the delivery.
III. MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) Requirement
The MOQ is flexible. It can be 1 piece (1 square meter). Orders can also be placed according to the needs of module inspection.
IV. Shipping and Timeframe
– Shipping Method: Mainly based on the FOB train term. We can also assist customers in placing orders and arranging freight forwarders.
– Shipping Timeframe: The sea freight phase takes about 20 – 30 days, and customs clearance will take a few extra days.
V. Order Placing Process
1. The customer initiates an inquiry. After both parties confirm the price, we will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI). The customer pays the deposit, and the formal order becomes effective.
2. We start the production or inspection process.
3. During or after production, we will synchronize electronic documents and product photos to the customer for confirmation.
4. Once confirmed, we will arrange subsequent production and delivery.
VI. Customization Service
We can print the customer’s logo on the LED display product. The customer needs to inform us of the request before placing a formal order and confirm the design plan based on our samples first.
VII. Warranty Policy
We provide a 1 – year product warranty to ensure product quality and after – sales service.
